Electrostatic Spraying Process
1. Pretreatment
Objective: To get rid of the workpiece surface oil, dirt, rust andin the workpiece surface generating a layer of corrosion resistance andcan increase the spraying coating adhesion "phosphating layer".
Main technological steps: In addition to oil, rust removal,phosphating and passivation. The workpiece surface after treatmentbefore not only no oil, rust, dust and the original silver lustersurface generating a layer of uniform and the rough is not easy to rustgrey phosphating film and can increase the coating layer adhesion.
2. Electrostatic spraying
Objective: Powder coating evenly spray to the surface of theworkpiece. The special work (including easy to produce electrostaticshielding position) should be using the high performance electrostaticspray molding machine to complete the painting.
Process steps:
Using electrostatic adsorption principle in the surface of theworkpiece evenly spray on a layer of
powder coating. Falling powderthrough the recovery system recovery and sieve used again.
3. High temperature curing
Objective: The workpiece surface of powder coating heating to thespecified temperature and heat preservation corresponding time, melting,flow flat, curing.
Process steps: Spraying good workpiece push curing oven, heating tothe predetermined temperature (usually 185 degrees) and heatpreservation corresponding time (15 minutes). Blow on take out coolingnamely get finished.
4. Decoration processing
Objective: Make after electrostatic spraying after the workpiece toachieve a kind of special appearance (all kinds of wood grain,decorative pattern, such as honor).
Process steps: Finish, transfer and treatment process.
