Powder coating booth technical data:

Working Principle:
 Cyclone Recovery system consists of two separate units.The powder particles distributed in the booth are absorbed through the cyclone. The absorbed powders are collected in the tank located underthe cyclone. The powder coatings accumulated there is transferred to thetank of the powdergun for re-use.

Rotary wing works:
By the pulse valve sudden release of compressed air to walk around the wing, (both elevator tray automatically shut down, so that the exhaust filter temporarily stop working), in turn, driven reaction speed rotation wing, the wing out of the air flow from genetically uniform and powerful put sticky powder in the filter blowing outside, thus ensuring the efficient operation of the filter.
