Rapid and convenient nozzle replacement technology
This
nozzle is modern and scientific in terms of design structure, enabling
easy and rapid separation between the nozzle body and the shower nozzle.
You can install or remove the shower nozzle from the body by simply
turning the shower nozzle by 90°, considerably reducing the downtime.
Automatic and accurate positioning of the shower nozzle
This
nozzle carries an in-built stopper, enabling accurate positioning after
the installation of the shower nozzle and avoiding time-consuming
manual adjustment. This design also guarantees precise installation,
eliminating the quality control problem caused by calibration error.
Chemical corrosion resistant and wear resistant
Quick jet nozzle
can be made through mould pressing glass fiber reinforced polypropylene
(containing 5% of fiber), carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene or
PVDF, with the advantages of high intensity, wear-resistance and
chemical corrosion resistant, avoiding washing liquid clotting or
accumulation. It is quite applicable to dry-cleaning, rinsing and
cleansing using phosphate, acids, solvents and other corrosive liquids.
The highest temperature of the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene is
82°, that of the carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene is 120°, and the
PVDF is a kind of high purity material without being added any dyestuff.
