Overhead conveyor ovens designed in customized size
Sandwich type oven panels are connected with each other withsilicone, which has high heat resistant. Heat control is made withdigital thermostat, which is regulated in the required temperature andworking intervals. Also, powder paint curing temperature, temperatureinterval, curing time and working time of the exhaust ventilator can beregulated as it is required by the operator. At the end of the curingtime, exhaust aspirator is activated and dirty gas which is collected inthe oven is thrown out, and horn whistles. For this kind of ovensconveyor is designed in order to carry material into the oven,especially it is suitable for the heavy materials. Doors can be openedand closed manually and automatically collapsible system is optional.
