Fuel heating system

Fuel heating system consists of a combustion chamber, stainless steel heat exchanger, circulating fan, imported fuel burners, automatic temperature control probe, light diesel fuel burners heat generated by the combustion of the combustion chamber through the heat exchanger indirectly transferred to the drying tunnel internal cycle by circulating fan, so that the internal temperature of the drying tunnel rising to the set temperature distribution uniform. while ensuring the drying tunnel heat air clean and pollution. burner used Italy Riello burners, automatic control bake temperature and digital temperature control, combustion exhaust gas through the exhaust tube row.

The polymerization of the powder coating applied on the part can be done by heating it in a electrical polymerization oven.  

The conveyorized part will be adequately heated to the used powder'sthermal condition and will be maintained at the polymerizationtemperature until the end of the manufacturing cycle.

The electrical resistances control is made through the powder coating polymerization diagram
and for a maximum performance in the shortest time.

The polymerization time and temperature are set up for each type ofpowder coating and are controlled by the oven's thermoregulator andtimer.
