A)Production description

(C)Feature:
1.Adopt UH - 5SN suspension conveyor conveying, equipped with motor speed driving
2.Curing baking is adopted by straight-through type structure, furnace plate adopts the overall frame structure, heating preservation effect is good.
3.Curing bakeheating is using natural gas heating, the mode of hot air circulation , preserving heat.Energy consumption is reduced to the minimum.
4.In order to guarantee the workpiece surface quality, It is particularly adding hot air filtration devices. in order to effectively prevent the furnace internal circulation of suspended particles timely filter,
so as to ensure the purity of the hot air, reaching high quality surface of workpiece quality.
5.Powder room chooses the latest Europe designing new spray, the design of convulsions airflow is stable and reasonable, which guarantee the workpiece on powder rate and quality of coating, recycling of 95% ~ 97%.
6.Powder recovering device adopts the sieving device for 80 mesh, it can be better filtration powder impurities; To ensure that the surface of workpiece quality.
